HTV And Adhesive Vinyl

Why Choose Vinyl?

Vinyl is the way to go for one or a small number of shirts. It is also a good choice if you want a specialty finish. We don't have minimum orders for vinyl, but if you are ordering in excess of 25, you may want to consider screen printed shirts. Visit our screen printing page to learn more.

Process

Heat‑transfer vinyl (HTV) is a precision‑cut material that’s applied to fabric using controlled heat and pressure. We start by cutting your design from a sheet of vinyl using a digital cutter, then we “weed” away the excess so only the artwork remains. The design is positioned on the garment and pressed with a heat press, which bonds the vinyl to the fibers at a specific temperature and pressure.

The result is a clean, durable finish with crisp edges—perfect for names, numbers, small batches, and bold designs that need to stand out.

Adhesive vinyl is available to create designs for bumper stickers, wall decals, window decals, tumblers, and many other items.
