Vinyl

Vinyl is the way to go for one or a small number of shirts. It is also a good choice if you want a specialty finish. If you are ordering in excess of 30, you may want to consider screen printed shirts. Visit our screen printing page.

Heat transfer vinyl (HTV) is great for anyone who wants to show off their unique style with a single shirt design or as a gift for someone. It is also is an affordable way to advertise your business, organization, or event. When employees, clients, or anyone else is wearing a shirt displaying your brand (logo), it can catch someone's eye and direct them to you.

Adhesive vinyl is available to create designs for bumper stickers, wall decals, window decals, tumblers, and many other items.

Process

Once a design is decided upon, it is cut from whichever type of vinyl is desired. This includes solid colors, patterns, glitter, fluorescent and holographic effects, or a combination. After weeding away the vinyl that isn't part of the design, the vinyl is aligned on the shirt and then heat pressed. Peel off the film and the process is complete (unless of course, you have multiple layers).
